Pricing policy
The prices quoted may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the type of equipment used. They are adjusted according to the specific needs of each prescription. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust our rates based on changes in our costs, market conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery costs
Additional delivery charges apply to orders of $100 or less. Additional charges may apply depending on location and order specifics.
Warranty against design defects
If a device has a problem related to a design flaw (for example, a device that does not work as intended or does not fit properly), the laboratory may offer a replacement or modifications at no additional cost.
Exclusions
Normal wear and tear
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use of the device or negligence in its maintenance (e.g. Deformation, breakage caused by shocks, misuse or the use of a corrosive product (polydent).
Unauthorized modifications
Any modification made to the device without the agreement of the laboratory or the practitioner may void the warranty.
Failure to comply with instructions
If the device is used in a manner inconsistent with the practitioner's instructions (for example, not wearing the device for long enough or using it incorrectly), this will affect the warranty.
